Although we can not accomodate for all dietary restrictions, we will do our best to serve the most people. The fact that we ask about these does not mean that these items will be absent from all foods available at the event, please be cautious.

T-shirts

T-shirts cost $12 and MUST be purchased in advance or after the event. We are not permitted to sell them at the event site.
You will be contacted for payment or you may pay via paypal after you complete this form.
Shirts will be available for pickup after the event. We can also mail them to you if needed.
